This week Umission honors Ian Amand Forber-Pratt, and is making a donation to the charity of his choice Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition. The mission of the Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition is to strive to create permanency in every foster child’s life by recruiting and supporting foster/adoptive home placement in the Metropolitan community. Hats off to the Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition for being a community of over 30 member agencies helping to recruit foster/adoptive homes and offering support groups, training, advocacy, newsletters, two resale shops, crisis intervention services, and a Little Wishes program.
