This week Umission honors Marie Kenyon, and is making a donation to the charity of her choice Let’s Start: A Support Process For Women. The mission of Let’s Start is to break the cycle of incarceration in families by using the personal experiences of its participants to support recovery, educate the community, and inform policy. Hats off to Let’s Start for it’s humble beginnings with Sr. Jackie Toben and formerly incarcerated women and Let’s Start’s continued growth to help with housing, education, employment, dysfunctional families, or addictions.
